It was added to the game as part of the Enhanced Edition. The eye will ask one of three riddles. To check it out, go to Special:Preferences, then choose the 'Appearance' tab and click on the radio button next to 'Hydra'. Geralt runs into Gaspar and Farid in Loc Muinne.
